There are several things that set me apart from others offering portrait services. First, I discovered my passion for depicting people artistically when I was 4 or 5 years old. I was encouraged by many who told me I had a talent for drawing. I experimented with various hand-to-paper, and hand-to-canvas techniques including pencils, charcoals, watercolors, acrylics and oils. I gravitated towards watercolors and charcoals, then in Junior High School I discovered Photography. It was love at first try!
I saw a lot of potential in the medium, and have made Photography, the recording of light and shadow, my primary focus for study over the last 35 years, and in application of the medium in my career as an artist.
In addition to my art background and passion for what I do, I genuinely care about creating the very finest portraits for you, my Client. My art background is a big asset when it comes to composition and design during the creation process.
